Summary
We are seeking a passionate full-time, open availability (open, mid, closing shift) Barista/Server to join our team at Seed N Salt Mission, where kindness, community, and healthy eating come first. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, welcoming customers, taking orders through our POS system, preparing beverages with care, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your attention to detail, friendly service, and love for connecting with people will help create the warm, inspiring environment our guests know and love. You must have open availability, open, mid, closing shifts and can work weekends. This is a full time position.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items
Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant workplace
Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions
Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with food safety standards
Engage with customers to foster a welcoming atmosphere
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
Open availability, open, mid, closing shifts
Qualifications
Proven barista experience or equivalent in a café setting
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Excellent time management abilities
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
Familiarity with food safety regulations
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Ability to understand and navigate the menu to guide customers based on dietary needs, allergies, and preferences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
