Experience:
Experience in leadership training and residential camping
Basic Instructor certification for hard skills
Bronze Cross/NLS an asset
Medeba LIT or Proságo graduate preferred

Duties include:
Lead, direct, challenge and encourage campers in a Christ-like manner
Live with and direct a group of youth
Maintain discipline and control
Provide a positive camp experience and positive role model for all campers
Assist in leading through teaching and facilitating activities and classes
Provide mentoring, supervision and spiritual leadership to the LIT participants in a live-in, month long program

Age requirement: 19 years old
Honorarium: starts at $225/week
Length: 10 weeks
