Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sign Shop Staff member to join our energetic team. This role involves designing and producing high-quality signage and visual materials that meet client specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and graphic design, with proficiency in various design tools and software. Responsibilities
Operate HP 300, 570 and 530 flatbed latex printers
Install/apply vinyl to ACP and other substrates
Ability to use hand tools
Installation of indoor and outdoor graphics, perf, vinyl etc
Develop compelling visual designs for signage, banners, and displays using Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design tools
Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute visual design projects from start to finish




Maintain consistency in visual style across all projects while adhering to project deadlines
Prepare files for production, ensuring compatibility with printing or fabrication processes
Stay updated on current trends in digital design, marketing, and signage technology

Experience
Proven experience with a solid portfolio showcasing signage, branding, or motion graphics work
Familiarity with typography principles and visual design best practices
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment

Pay: $19.00-$29.00 per hour
