We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Pizza Maker specializing in hand stretching dough to craft delicious, high-quality pizzas. Duties
Prepare pizza dough by hand stretching, ensuring consistent thickness and quality for each piizza.
Assemble pizzas with fresh ingredients, following established recipes and portioning guidelines
Operate packaging equipment to prepare finished products for delivery or storage
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ingredient replenishment
Use mechanical tools and equipment safely to support food processing tasks




Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment operation

Skills
Solid understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
Experience in Hand Stretch Pizza making (At least 1 year) preferred
Ability to perform basic math for portioning and inventory tasks accurately
Knowledge of packaging processes relevant to food products
Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus for handling supplies efficiently
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness in a fast-paced setting
