Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform accurate cash handling procedures
Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
Upsell relevant products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
Address customer questions promptly via in-person or phone interactions using excellent communication skills




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve all customers efficiently
Keep the store, washroom and pumps clean

Skills
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales is preferred
Strong communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette for remote inquiries
Basic math skills for quick calculations and cash handling accuracy
Knowledge of POS systems and merchandising techniques
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a quick-paced environment
Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively promote sales through upselling strategies
Bilingual proficiency in English and other languages enhances customer engagement
