Ignite Pizzeria Londsdale, is seeking a passionate and energetic Pizza Maker to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every pie
Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens, monitoring temperature and timing to achieve optimal results
Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients for various menu items
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, work surfaces, and storage spaces.
Follow all food safety standards and restaurant policies to ensure a protected dining setting for guests and staff
Qualifications
Previous food industry or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food handling demonstrates your readiness for this role
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper kitchen hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
Basic understanding of serving procedures and meal presentation techniques
Kitchen experience involving pizza making or similar culinary tasks is a plus
