Job Overview

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a courteous and qualified manner
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
Handle cash transactions with basic math skills and cash handling procedures
Ensure food safety and proper food handling practices are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
Assist with setting up dining areas and preparing for service shifts
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction




Support team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow

Skills
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred
Previous restaurant or food service experience is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Excellent time management to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ability to serve food and beverages professionally in a rapid-paced environment
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
