Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Front of House Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the team in delivering a memorable dining experience. Your leadership will help maintain our standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality while fostering a positive environment for staff and guests alike.

Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth restaurant operations
Assist with food preparation, serving, and food handling to support kitchen staff as needed
Oversee cash handling procedures and operate POS systems such as Square and Ambassador to process transactions accurately
Understand food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in compliance with health standards




Change garbages and ensure all customer facing areas are clean
Restock items such as drinks, dips and salads
Lead by example in hospitality, ensuring every guest receives attentive service and a positive experience

Requirements
Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
Robust background in food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling techniques
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to hospitality
Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant management practices
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience including kitchen or barista roles is highly desirable
Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction
