Trillian Construction is looking for experienced carpenters, and motivated apprentices to join our growing crew. We specialize in wood-frame construction including prefab wall systems, floor systems, deck framing, and general framing projects.

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable team members who take pride in quality work, show up ready to work, and want to grow with a solid crew environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with installing and standing prefabricated wall panels
Help build and install floor joist systems
Support deck framing and finishing work
Learn back framing and general framing tasks
Carry materials, measure, cut, and use tools safely
Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe
Follow instructions from lead carpenters and supervisors




Follow all safety rules and procedures
