Responsibilities
Role:
Greeting Customers
Phone Reception
Filing, Invoicing
Entering Sales Orders, processing and posting of USD and CAD Credit Cards, Debit, eTransfers and paypal payments
Assistance w/Website maintenance

P/T:



Min 24 hours per week (includes Saturdays - 4 hours)

Skills
Prior experience with Sage 300, order entry, and multi-currency transactions essential as well as excellent typing accuracy
Proven office experience with strong administrative skills in a customer service setting
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail
Effective communication skills to interact professionally with customers

Pay: $22.50 per hour
