Overview:
Timber-Tech Building Solutions is a Canadian owned company that builds quality walls, floors, and trusses for residential construction in our prefabrication shop. We provide a positive work environment for our employees and excellent value for our customers.

We are looking to hire a Zoom Boom Operator Order Picker to work in our shop based in Balzac, AB. The position reports directly to the production manager.

Hours of work: 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday

Wage: Will be based upon experience

Key Responsibilities:
Operate zoom boom machinery safely and efficiently to move materials within the shop.
Utilize order picking techniques to accurately gather materials needed for production.
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work setting.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area,



including the proper storage of materials.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience operating zoom boom machinery and order picking preferred.
Valid zoom boom operator certification is preferred.
Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory management is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions.
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
Ability to work effectively in a quick- paced workplace and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Commitment to always adhering to safety standards and procedures.
