Early Childhood Educator Level - 1, 2, or 3

Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive learning environment
Engage in caregiving activities such as feeding, diapering, and supervising outdoor play to ensure safety and well-being
Observe and document each child's progress, sharing insights with families and team members regularly
Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that align with early childhood education standards and best practices




Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and learning readiness

Qualifications
Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and development milestones
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Solid classroom management skills combined with a nurturing approach
Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and team members
Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive setting that supports diverse learners

Pay: $15.00-$26.62 per hour
