Algonquin Outfitters is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced retail professional to join our Huntsville team as a Senior Sales Associate. This isn’t just another retail job it’s a chance to learn, grow, and carve out a career path with AO. What You’ll Be Doing
Connect with customers and help them find the right gear for their next paddle, ride, or hike
Specialize in technical hardgoods like camping gear, kayaks and paddling gear, clothing, and footwear.
Support rentals, sales, and checkout to keep the store running smoothly
Answer phones, share your outdoor knowledge, and make sure customers leave excited to return
Grow into opportunities with supervision, hiring, and leadership

What We’re Looking For
Passion for outdoor adventure and knowledge of gear and apparel




2–5 years of retail or customer service experience (merchandising is a plus, but we’ll train)
Motivation to go above and beyond, with a customer-first mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Energy and stamina to be on your feet for most of your shift
