Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our aquatic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching swimming skills and a love for helping others develop confidence and safety in the water. Duties
Conduct swimming lessons for children, teens, and adults, tailored to individual skill levels and learning goals
Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety practices
Develop lesson plans that promote skill development, confidence, and enjoyment of swimming
Monitor students during lessons to ensure safety and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a clean and organized pool area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed




Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement
Assist with water safety education programs and community outreach events as needed

Experience
Prior experience teaching swimming or working with individuals in aquatic settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
Robust swimming skills with the ability to demonstrate techniques confidently
Teaching experience or certification in swim instruction is a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate learners of all ages
Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
