Business & Building Manager

Join Our Team - Large, Busy Dental Office

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Business & Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our large dental practice. This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily business operations of the dental office.
Manage all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
Supervise administrative staff and support a positive, professional workplace culture.
Coordinate building operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe, well-maintained facility.
Develop and improve office systems, workflows, and operational efficiencies.
Assist with budgeting, reporting, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications
Strong Human Resources experience is essential.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.




Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work indepedently.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping is considered a strong asset.
Experience in a healthcare or dental environment is an asset but not required.
