In this role, you will assess and support patients using evidence-based practices, providing coordinated nursing care in collaboration with an interprofessional team. Your knowledge of mental health and substance use treatment will play an essential role in promoting recovery-oriented care for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and manage clients’ mental health care needs
Create rehabilitative care plans with interdisciplinary teams
Deliver group and supportive counselling sessions
Provide training on life skills relevant to recovery
Advocate for clients' rights and wellbeing

Requirements:
Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing
One-year recent mental health experience preferred
Current registration with BCCNM
Understanding of recovery-oriented approaches
Solid written and verbal communication skills
