Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Support Workers to provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their own homes. This role involves supporting individuals with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, patient care, or senior care, and possess a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in need. Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
provide care and companionship for individuals and families during a period of incapacitation, convalescence, or family disruption
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Administer medications accurately according to care plans and schedules
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, including those with dementia or disabilities
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and organizing to maintain a protected and comfortable workplace




Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary
Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
Assist with specialized care needs related to hospice, nursing home, or home care settings' requirements
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities is highly preferred
Knowledge of patient care techniques, medication administration, and dementia or senior care best practices
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility support
Solid caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
Valid driver’s license is a plus for transportation responsibilities (if applicable)
Must be reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality in-home support services

Pay: $17.92-$29.44 per hour
