Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-driven Forklift Operator with strong experience on Crown High Reach and Crown Counterbalance machines to join our growing warehouse team in Richmond, BC.

This is a long-term, full time opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in operating equipment with precision, efficiency, and safety. If you have hands-on Crown experience and are looking for stable work with consistent hours, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate Crown High Reach and Crown Counterbalance forklifts
Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
Perform accurate put-away, replenishment, and order picking
Inspect equipment daily to ensure safe operation
Support shipping & receiving activities as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment
Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience operating Crown High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
Valid forklift license
Valid work permit (No students)
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Physically capable of lifting and moving materials when required

Preferred Qualifications
Own vehicle (car) is an asset
Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
