We are seeking a agile and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. Your expertise in automotive repair, mechanical knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills will drive customer satisfaction, foster trust, and promote repeat business. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will also identify opportunities for upselling additional services and parts, contributing to the dealership’s growth and success.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing rapport and understanding their vehicle concerns.
Accurately diagnose customer needs through effective communication with technicians and review of vehicle issues.
Provide clear explanations of recommended services, repairs, and maintenance options to customers.
Upsell additional services or parts that enhance vehicle performance and safety while aligning with customer needs.
Manage the entire service process from vehicle check-in to delivery, ensuring timely updates and transparency.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment processing.




Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history for future reference.

Requirements
Proven experience working in a dealership environment as a Service Advisor or similar role.
Solid mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes.
Prior experience working with mechanics or technicians to coordinate repairs effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently.
Demonstrated sales ability with a focus on upselling services and parts to maximize revenue.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Dealership experience is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive repair terminology is essential.

Pay: $45,000.00-$88,797.65 per year
