About the Role

Are you an outgoing, goal-oriented individual looking to launch a rewarding career in customer engagement and client relations? We are currently seeking an energetic Customer Service Sales Associate to join our growing North York team!

In this face-to-face role, you will be the primary point of contact for our client base. You’ll assist customers with tailored service recommendations, answer inquiries, and deliver exceptional service experiences. No prior corporate or sales experience is required—we provide full, paid training from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through in-person interactions.
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct in-person follow-ups with customers to address requests or gather feedback to improve service quality.
Assist customers with sales opportunities by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products or services.
Manage cash handling procedures when processing payments with attention to detail and integrity.
Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure clear,



respectful, and effective interactions at all times.

What We Are Looking For
Location & Commute: Ability to reliably commute to our North York office/locations.
Communication: Clear, professional verbal communication and strong active listening skills.
Mindset: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn in a supportive team setting.
Multilingualism: Proficiency in English is required; secondary language skills are a strong asset in the GTA market.
Background: Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or customer service is a plus, but all entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
