Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Dairy Farm Operator / Mechanic to join our dairy operation. Positions are available for entry-level, experienced, and retired individuals seeking part-time work. This role involves operating farm equipment, performing mechanical maintenance and repairs, and assisting with daily dairy farm operations.

Responsibilities
Operate farm equipment (tractors, skid steers, mixers, etc.)
Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues
Assist with daily dairy farm operations as needed
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Follow all farm safety procedures

Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude required (training available for entry-level applicants)




Experience with farm, diesel, or heavy equipment preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, strong work ethic
Adaptable schedule availability (some weekends required)
Valid driver’s license preferred

Housing Available
Shared on-site housing available
$500 per month plus utilities (utilities split among occupants)
