Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compounding Regulated Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic pharmacy team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing customized medications through non-sterile compounding processes in compliance with strict regulatory standards. Your expertise will help deliver safe, effective, and personalized medication solutions to our patients. This position offers an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced workplace where precision and patient care are paramount.

Responsibilities
Prepare compounded medications accurately following established formulas and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Lab facilitator duties
Check compounds
Maintain meticulous records of all compounding activities, including batch documentation and quality control logs.
Ensure the proper handling, storage,



and disposal of pharmaceutical ingredients and compounded products.
Verify prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness before compounding or dispensing.
Stay current on medical terminology, pharmaceutical guidelines, and best practices related to compounding and patient safety.
Support inventory management by ordering supplies, checking expiration dates, and maintaining stock levels of pharmaceutical ingredients.

Experience
Previous pharmacy technician experience with a focus on compounding is highly preferred.
Solid knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration procedures, and pharmacy regulations.
Demonstrated commitment to patient care with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in a regulated environment.
