Membership Sales Manager
Full-Time

Gold’s Gym BC is hiring a full-time Sales Manager to lead sales, and team performance at our Port Coquitlam location. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced gym manager, fitness manager, or sales manager looking to grow with a globally recognized fitness brand.

Wage

Base Pay + unlimited commissions + bonuses

Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in driving club performance, revenue growth, and member retention
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and fitness team
Manage sales targets, KPIs, lead generation, and conversion rates
Oversee daily gym operations, including staffing, scheduling, and payroll
Build and grow corporate partnerships and local business relationships
Deliver exceptional customer service and member experience
Recruit, train, and develop team members, including performance management
Execute marketing initiatives, community outreach, and club events
Collaborate with departments including HR, marketing, personal training, and operations

Qualifications




2+ years experience in fitness management, gym management, or sales management
Proven success in sales, revenue growth, and team leadership
Solid understanding of sales KPIs, budgeting, and business operations
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced fitness, retail, or hospitality setting
Experience in a health club, gym, or wellness setting preferred
Post-secondary education in business, fitness, or related field is an asset
