York Regional Traffic Services is looking for dedicated dispatchers to join our team. We are a rapidly growing Towing & Transport company providing roadside assistance in the GTA.

The position is for a part-time shift for Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 8:00pm

The focus of this role is to exceed the customer and company requirements for Customer Service, Quality, and Efficiency.

Attendance and punctuality are essential!

Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible communication with our clients, developing relationships in order to maintain a solid bond
Answering inquiries from inbound calls from clients looking for vehicles impounded and assist customers at the front counter coming to pick up their vehicles
Open communication with fellow call takers, dispatchers and management
Effectively plan and prioritize all calls making the best use of equipment and drivers while meeting service expectation levels.
Provide continuous monitoring of all drivers and equipment, ensuring accurate recording of times and clearing




Dispatch personnel according to written schedules and work orders, or as required by emergency situations
Remain calm, collected and able to remain like that under pressure

Job Duties:
Dispatch personnel according to written schedules and work orders, or as required by emergency situations
Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
Monitor road conditions, construction zones, and accidents in order to revise routes as needed
Update customers on the status of their calls including any delays that occur
Other duties as requested
