Aikam Management Co., a property management company in Mississauga, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to assist with bookkeeping, accounting, and day-to-day financial administration.

Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and financial data entry
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
Bank and credit card reconciliations
HST/GST preparation and filing
Payroll support
Maintain general ledger and post journal entries
Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting
Maintain tenant payment and account records
Organize invoices, receipts, and financial documents
Communicate with tenants and vendors regarding invoices and payments
Assist with year-end accounting and audit documentation

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of QuickBooks
Strong Microsoft Excel skills




Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
Knowledge of AP/AR and bank reconciliations
Understanding of HST/GST filing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently

Pay: $17.71-$22.00 per hour
