Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Intermodal Coordinator to join our team in Vaughan. Shift: Tuesday to Friday 12:00pm to 8:30pm; Saturday 8am to 4:30pm. Sunday & Monday rest days.

What You’ll Be Doing
Enter and manage customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
Complete rail billing through CN systems
Update customer portals daily with shipment status
Prepare and send daily operational reports
Book delivery appointments for intermodal shipments
Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues
Support overall operations and assist with additional tasks as needed

What You Bring
Minimum 1 years of experience in transportation/logistics
Robust organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment




Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience with TruckMate is an asset
Post-secondary education preferred

Pay: $47,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
