Live-In Manager Opportunity – Strata Townhouse Development (Langley, BC)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-In Manager to oversee the clubhouse and related services for a strata townhouse community in Langley, BC. The role offers an apartment above the clubhouse at a discounted rate.

Key Responsibilities:
Clubhouse cleaning and maintenance
Scheduling of amenity room bookings
Light handyman duties
Pool operations and maintenance
Visitor parking management
Property patrols and bylaw enforcement
Customer service and resident interaction

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of building/clubhouse management experience, ideally in a strata environment
Pool operation certification required

Schedule & Compensation:
Working Hours: Wednesday – Sunday, 40 hours per week
Start Date: August 25th
Rent: $1000.00 per month

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
