A quick growing Alberta based brokerage is looking for a team member to provide outstanding customer service to our current clients and help assist new customers find insurance solutions that are right for them. We offer a excellent team environment, competitive wages, bonuses, and benefits.

Position:

As a level 1 or 2 licensed Insurance Broker, you will have the following responsibilities;
Selling and writing new business with a focus on customer service
Working with existing clients to re-market/renew policies
Servicing clients' needs, including claims support, and answering inquiries
Working closely and well with other team members to offer amazing service to clients
Managing accounts receivable and collections

Qualifications:
Level 1 or 2 license




Experience with Power Broker would be an asset
High degree of professionalism
Excellent customer service
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Good time management skills, detail oriented, and well-organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, under pressure and deadlines
