Matrix HR is currently seeking experienced Carpenters for a short-term commercial construction project in Lethbridge, Alberta. This is a great prospect for skilled carpenters looking for steady full-time hours, overtime prospects, and potential future work in the area.

Job Scope:
Build and install a platform structure within a commercial facility
Perform carpentry work related to skylight access and surrounding structures
Complete general carpentry duties including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials
Work safely in an enclosed building environment while following all site safety procedures
Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately

Requirements:
Previous commercial carpentry experience
Ability to read and follow drawings or project specifications
Experience with framing, platforms, structural work, or renovations is an asset
Valid Fall Protection certification
Own CSA-approved harness and lanyard
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders when required




Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

Compensation:
$34/hour
Overtime paid at 1.5x regular rate
Monday-Friday work, opportunity for overtime
Opportunity for additional work based on performance and availability
