Responsibilities
Assist in preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes, following established recipes and procedures
Support the cake decorating process by learning techniques for icing, piping, and finishing touches
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace to ensure compliance with food safety standards
Handle food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and portioning dough




Contribute to packaging baked items neatly and efficiently for retail or catering purposes
Follow all food handling protocols to ensure hygiene and safety at all times
Support the team during busy periods by helping with general kitchen duties and customer service when needed

Skills
Basic knowledge of food preparation and baking techniques
Experience or interest in cake decorating is a plus
Robust commitment to food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous but not required

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
