Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food handling and safety protocols
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders simultaneously
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers to prevent waste and maintain freshness
Follow all food safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices and temperature controls




Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences that meet guest expectations

Qualifications
Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards to ensure a safe kitchen workplace
Solid understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service support
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
