West-End Toronto | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Weekend availability required)

Oroshi Fish Co. is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Sushi Chef to join our tight-knit team in West-End Toronto. If you have a passion for high-grade sushi and sustainable seafood, we’d love to talk to you.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with sushi preparation (nigiri, sashimi, maki) and fish butchery
Solid knife skills, knowledge of proper fish handling, and strict adherence to food safety standards
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
