We are looking for a Plant Manager for one of our manufacturing clients near Edmonton, AB.

Pay - 120K

Job Responsibilities:
Lead daily plant operations with a robust focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives.
Manage plant budgets and monitor overall operational performance.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards and customer expectations.
Translate sales forecasts into production plans and optimize workforce utilization.
Coach and develop supervisors and plant employees to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.




Support capital improvement projects and drive continuous process improvements.
Manage inventory levels and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to support business goals.
Prepare operational reports and analyze key performance metrics.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
7 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including plant management.
Robust leadership and team development skills.
Experience managing budgets, production planning, and plant operations.
