We are inviting responsible and enthusiastic teachers who are able to teach Ontario High School Visual Arts, English, and Social Science.

Responsibilities:

· Having positive knowledge of the Ontario Secondary Curriculum.

· Delivering and creating lessons for OSSD courses for some or majority of the following:

· ESL (A to E, TESOL required), ENG2D, ENG3U, ENG4U, OLC4O

· CGC1D, CHC2D, HFC3M, HHS4U, CGW4U, HSP3U etc.

· BBI2O, BAF3M, BBB4M, BAT4M, BOH4M etc.

· AVI1O, AVI2O, AVI3M, AVI4M, AWQ3M, AWQ4M etc.

· Supervising & engaging with students

· Evaluating student’s achievements of the course

Experiences/Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

· Have experience teaching or tutoring high school students





· Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities

· Be highly motivated, professional, positive, and independent, and have outstanding teamwork skills

· Familiar with online teaching software (Zoom, Google Classroom, Moodle, etc.)

· OCT preferred

· Graduates from Ontario universities preferred

Schedule:

· Every Monday to Friday, Full Time - Times may vary based on the number of courses being taught.
Day Shift

· Job Types: Full time or Fixed term contract (Based on interview and post-interview sessions)

· Salary: $25.00-$35.00* per hour (Based on the interview, post-interview sessions, and/or experience)

· Work Location: Brooklyn College (onsite)
