Baker - Creekbread
Location: Whistler, BC

Creekbread is seeking a dedicated Baker to lead our daily bread and bakery production program using our signature wood-fired forno oven.

This role is responsible for producing fresh sourdough, sandwich loaves, and bakery items for multiple outlets across Nita Lake Lodge Resort & Spa, including Creekbread, The Den, and Fix Café.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, self-directed, and passionate about artisan baking and consistency.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and manage sourdough and dough fermentation schedules
Produce daily bread and bakery items for multiple outlets
Operate and maintain the wood-fired forno oven
Coordinate production timelines with outlet teams
Maintain bakery cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Monitor inventory and ingredient needs
Support menu development and bakery feature creation

What We’re Looking For
Experience in artisan bread production
Sourdough experience strongly preferred
Experience with wood-fired or deck ovens is an asset
Solid organizational and time management skills




Ability to work independently and maintain production consistency
Early morning availability required
Food Protected Certification required
