1.Oversee daily receiving and dispatching operations at the warehouse, ensuring efficient loading, unloading, and carrier turnaround times.
2.Bridge communication between warehouse staff and office dispatchers to coordinate daily shipping schedules and logistics planning.
3.Maintain the overall cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse while ensuring the security of all inventory.
4.Manage regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure high inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
5.Train warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and enforce strict compliance with on-site safety regulations and operational standards
Perform e-commerce fulfillment (1-piece order fulfillment), including order picking, packing, and labeling,
ensuring accurate and timely shipment processing.
Requirements:
· College's degree or above, major in international trade, logistics management, or related fields preferred.
· Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
· Possess positive learning ability, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
· Have a robust sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork spirit.
