Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Part time or Full time Pharmacist to join our team in Canada. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and patient-focused Part-Time or Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team.

Responsibilities
Provide safe and accurate prescription dispensing
Counsel patients on medications and health concerns
Perform medication reviews and other clinical services
Administer injections and vaccinations where authorized
Support daily pharmacy workflow and pharmacy staff
Maintain compliance with OCP standards and pharmacy policies
Provide respectful, confidential, and compassionate patient care
Assist with methadone and opioid agonist treatment services

Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists




Valid professional liability insurance
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with methadone, Suboxone, Sublocade, or other OAT services is strongly preferred
Fillware experience is an asset
Position Details
