About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Coordinator to help manage projects from quote through completion.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction/industrial projects and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Prepare and support project estimates and quotes
Coordinate projects between office, shop, and field teams
Communicate with customers on timelines and updates
Track schedules, materials, and project progress
Support drawings, documentation, and project setup
Monitor costs and assist with billing
Help ensure projects meet safety and quality standards

Requirements:
1–4 years experience in construction, estimating,



or project coordination
Robust organization and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable working with numbers, timelines, and technical details

Nice to have:
Estimating experience
Exposure to cranes, steel, or industrial projects
Experience with Excel or ERP systems (Odoo is an asset)

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
