Crestwood Stair is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our business throughout London and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on getting out into the market, identifying new opportunities, visiting builders, contractors and potential clients, and developing relationships that turn into long-term business.

You'll represent Crestwood in the field, introduce our stair and railing products, follow up on leads and quotes, and build a robust network of customers within the residential construction industry.

We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, persistent and comfortable opening doors and starting conversations.

Experience in construction or building-material sales is an asset, but proven sales ability and the drive to develop recent business are required.

Duties
Develop new business with home builders, contractors, renovators and designers throughout Southwestern Ontario
Utilize CRM tools such as Monday.com to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
Follow up on incoming leads and project inquiries
Meet with clients in our showroom, by phone,



email and when required in office
Review project requirements, drawings, plans and customer selections
Guide customers through stair and railing options, materials, styles and upgrades
Prepare estimates and proposals and follow up consistently on outstanding estimates
Track opportunities from initial inquiry through approval
Work closely with our operations and production teams to ensure accurate project handoffs
Keep customer and project information organized and up to date
Identify upcoming developments, builders and projects that could become Crestwood opportunities
Represent Crestwood professionally with builders, homeowners and industry partners

Compensation & Incentives
Full commission
Base salary plus commission
Performance based incentive

Working conditions
Monday to Friday
Flex day to meet client needs
Feild based role with regular travel

Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
