Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and food handling with integrity and attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food preparation areas, equipment, and dining spaces
Assist in food preparation and serving light snacks or baked goods as needed




Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met at all times

Requirements
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently without compromising quality
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tasks, and work collaboratively within a team
