Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities
Load and unload shipments ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods
Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists; accurately process outbound orders for shipment
Operate enterprise resource planning (ERP) software within Odoo to ensure all inventory is accurate.
Prepare packages for shipping by selecting appropriate packaging materials, labeling, and securing items to prevent damage during transit
Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels




Order picking for project work
Follow safety protocols during all loading/unloading activities and maintain a clean, organized work workplace

Skills
Proven experience in manufacturing, shipping & receiving, or related roles with a focus on order fulfillment
Solid understanding of warehouse processes including order picking, packing, load & unload procedures
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively
Efficient computer skills to move through tasks efficiently.

Pay: $16.67-$22.00 per hour
