Per Se Hospitality Group is redefining Vancouver’s dining scene with its innovative and vibrant culinary concepts. The visionary team behind Michelin-recognised dining experiences. We are currently seeking a Manager to manage and oversee daily operations to deliver memorable quality dining experiences for all our guests. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
Assist and manage the day-to day operations of the restaurant.
Manage staff members, including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations while collaborating with department leads.
Provide construction feedback to staff, promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
Must be able to operate, lead, handle daily financials, cash reconciliations and deposits.
Guest service remains a priority and issues are dealt with in a professional a timely manner.
Ensure Health and safety guidelines and quality control are followed according to sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.




Assist upper management in operational policies and managing employees.
Be results-driven and strive to increase profit revenue and sales by generating insightful creative processes to guide the team for exceptional performance and financial goals!

Requirements
2+ years of previous Management experience
Motivate and manage a team.
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced setting- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be familiar with POS systems.
WSET 2 would be considered an asset.
Must have Serving it Right Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year, plus tips
