Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. The Cleaning Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and welcoming workplace for all.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Handle heavy lifting as needed to move furniture or equipment during the cleaning process.
Dispose of trash, recycling and compost properly
Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their cleaning needs and address any concerns promptly.




Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing all duties.

Skills
Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills for customer service interactions.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools for basic facilities maintenance is a plus.
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
