Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, solid customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling guidelines.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.




Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
