Job Summary

Duties
Set up and program CNC machines based on detailed specifications and technical drawings.
Operate CNC equipment to produce parts with precision, adhering to quality standards.
Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance.
Conduct routine inspections of finished products to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Perform regular maintenance on CNC machinery to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Document production activities, including machine settings, production counts, and quality checks.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain smooth workflow.





Requirements
Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code or M-code.
Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and measurement tools accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Basic mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot machine problems effectively.
Positive communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.
