Duties
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency, presentation, and flavor excellence
Develop and refine menu items that align with current culinary trends and customer preferences
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless food service delivery
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
Train team members on cooking techniques, food safety protocols, and hospitality best practices





Skills
Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
Solid expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Extensive food service experience with a focus on quality and presentation
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Knowledge of restaurant management principles including inventory control and cost management
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure high standards of service
