Job Summary

Join our dynamic food manufacturing team as a Food Factory Worker! We are looking for a strong (able to lift 40lb), self-hygiene and self-motivated person to join our team. In this vital role, you will be actively involved in the production, packaging, and processing of high-quality food products. Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment used in food processing and packaging with precision and care
Assist in meat cutting and other food preparation tasks following safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the production area to ensure food safety compliance
Monitor production lines for quality control, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
Support the assembly of food products, ensuring proper portioning, labeling, and packaging procedures are followed
Follow all safety guidelines related to food handling, machinery operation, and sanitation practices
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently and safely

Skills




Experience or familiarity with packaging, manufacturing, or food processing environments
Knowledge of the food industry standards and food safety regulation.
Strong understanding of sanitation procedures to maintain a clean work environment
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively within a team

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
