Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining high standards of food safety. The successful applicant will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while working collaboratively with the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety guidelines
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
Support other kitchen staff during busy periods and assist with meal assembly as needed
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management




Uphold restaurant policies on serving, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Experience in Indian Tandoor.
Experience with Hakka Indian food.

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food industry best practices related to meal preparation and food safety
Solid understanding of cooking techniques and food handling procedures
Excellent attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Positive communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
