Seeking a qualified, professional line cook/chef with experience in high quality food preparation in a quick-paced setting, providing delicious, creative food in a restaurant and pub. The individual will share responsibility for food preparation in a 100-seat restaurant, a 100-seat pub and room service for a 17 room inn. The right individual will have several years’ experience on the line, be able to work in a fast-paced environment (individually and as a team) and will have a focus on quality food production and presentation, food and labor cost management and the energy and creativity to ensure great customer service and satisfaction.
