Job Title: Medical/Rehab Receptionist

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated receptionist to join our dynamic healthcare team. While prior experience in a medical or rehabilitation setting is ideal, it is not required — we value the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Qualifications:
Coachable and eager to learn recent systems and processes
Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting and following up on treatment plans
Familiarity with insurance companies, billing procedures, and clinical services (an asset)
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with clinicians and staff
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
